King's Creek Golf Club would like to welcome you and your guests to our beautiful Arnold Palmer Designed Golf Course, a perfect setting for your private event. Whether it is as simple as a 15 person company meeting or as elaborate as a wedding reception with a guest list of a hundred, we are dedicated to providing the best food, service and ambience possible to everyone in attendance.
Tent Rental (including Set up and Clean up):
Summer Hours: 7:30 am - 10:00 pm
Winter Hours: 8:30 am - 10:00 pm
A minimum two hour rental is $100. Four hour rental is $300. Each additional hour over four hours is $100.
Tables/Chairs: King's Creek Golf Club provides tables, chairs and white linen tablecloths for each event. Any special ordered colored tablecloth, topper, or napkin will be subject to an additional charge.
Booking: In order to reserve the tent, a signed contract and $100 deposit is due at the time of booking.
Food and Beverage: No food or beverage may be brought into the tent for use at a private function. The only exceptions are specialty party cakes and wedding cakes. There is a $50 cake cutting fee for each cake on parties with 75 guests or less. Bar service is available in the form of a cash bar, host Bar or Semi-Host Bar.
