MEMBERSHIP FEES AND DUES

EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2007

  

 INITIATION FEES:                        

 Full Memberships - unlimited access to course; includes all greens fees as well as all other amenities listed below.                                                                          

·         Full Membership (Redeemable)*                          $6,550                        

·         Full Membership (Non-Refundable)                      $3,550   

                  

 Associate Members have the same privileges as Full Members, but are only available to individuals 32 years of age

 and under.  Associates pay 1/3 of full membership fees with application; 1/3 in 12 months; and 1/3 in 24 months

 Limited Memberships - restricted to play on Mondays thru Friday Noon.  All other Full Membership amenities apply.

 National Memberships - single memberships only with the individual’s legal residence outside 60 miles of the club.

 Redeemable Option:   In the event that a member in good standing wishes to resign his/her membership, the amount to be paid upon the redemption of a Redeemable Membership shall be  equal to eighty percent (80%) of the then current fee but in no event in excess of the amount originally paid for the Membership being redeemed.  (See Membership Plan for full details.)

 MEMBERSHIP AMENITIES (See Membership Plan for full details):

 

• Members have unlimited access to the golf course.  Play as many rounds as desired with no additional charge for green fees.  (Limited Members: weekdays only)   Range balls available each day free for Members only.

 

• Members may purchase Annual Range plan at half price which includes unlimited practice balls.

 

• Members only may reserve a tee time fourteen (14) days in advance of scheduled play.  (Public may schedule seven (7) days in advance).

 

• Complimentary instructional golf clinics will be offered periodically for Members only.

 

• A Members Only tournament schedule will be developed and implemented.

 

•  Members only may maintain an account with the club.

 

• Golf Shop pricing of all categories of merchandise will be priced fairly and competitively.  However, Members only will receive a 10% discount on all non-sale merchandise from the Pro Shop.  Members only will also have advance access to all sales merchandise prior to public announcement.    

 

• The golf staff, as an important part of our overall services, will use their connections and best efforts to arrange for Members only to play nationally and regionally recognized courses.

 

• Members only may maintain club handicaps at no additional charge.

 

• Personal lockers and club storage will be available to Members only upon completion of the permanent clubhouse.

 

• The staff will attempt to accommodate member requests for unusual and extraordinary services, if possible. (Members should not be reluctant to use one of our slogans – “Just Ask”)
